The School of Chemical and Biomedical Engineering offers a wide range of sophisticated analytical equipment and instrumentation – as well as analytical services – that can be accessed by external users.

All users are required to register for an iLab account to book any of the equipment.
External clients should contact the person listed in the equipment list to arrange access.
Account registration instructions
If you are already an iLab registered user, log in via the link below. Bookings are required to use any of the in-house equipment. Bookings can be made through the equipment calendars under Schedule Equipment tab. Fees are charged to cover equipment running costs and maintenance.
Platform technologies
The Materials Characterisation and Fabrication Platform supports materials research through advanced instrumentation, analysis and characterisation. They welcome all users from across the scientific community, from universities and research institutes to industry.
